房间小,噪音大,没有桌子办公不方便.早餐只是到一个房间拿些面包回自己房间吃.好的地方是地段好,能免费上网.

飯店旁邊是飯店的Bar 出入比較複雜 比較不適合單身女生去住 飯店本身沒有提供微波爐 如果有需要還要打給櫃檯請他開房間才能用 很不方便

酒店地理位置很好，离POWELL地铁站几步路而已，离UNION SQUARE的附近的APPLE专卖店和其他大型商场名牌店都很近很近，前台的服务人员都很不错，店长经理特别NICE，每次出行计划的线路都给予指导，还GOOGLE打印下路线图方便英文不是很好的游客。特别是遇到能讲中文的RITAL工作人员很幸运，帮了我大忙，由于时差算错，少订了一天酒店，而当时其他房间都客满，我第一次到美国旧金山没有任何朋友，正在着急的时候RITAL帮忙在集团下属的另一个酒店订了一间KING ROOM,很舒服的，离金门大桥景点较近。
唯一不满意的是虽然大堂有气压式热水瓶提供热水，但是基本到晚上去都是低于40°的不热的水，由于东西半球生活习惯不同，所以希望在这方面能改进提供24小时的能喝的开水就更棒了！
